ABOUT THE BURSARY PROVIDER

WBHO Construction operate within the following disciplines: civil engineering, pharmaceutical manufacturing, construction of hospitals; hotels; office blocks; shopping centres; casinos; roads; reservoirs; sewage works and so much more.

ABOUT THE BURSARY
Bursaries will be awarded to students currently studying within one of the following fields (BTech/ ND/ BEng/ BSc):
- Building Science
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management
- Quantity Surveying
Students will be required to attend compulsory training for one week in July/ July, they will also be required to do vacation work during the holidays.
On completion of their qualification, students must undertake a work-back contract whereby they will work for WBHO for the equal duration as the bursary awarded.
Please note that if you have not heard back from WBHO by 15 November (at the latest), please consider your application as unsuccessful.
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying:
- South African citizen
- Full-time student, studying towards a BTech/ ND/ BEng/ BSc qualification in one of the aforementioned fields of study
- Achieved a minimum average of 60%
